USERS OF THE SERVICE

“Users” of our Service include:

• Individual users such as future brides and grooms and all other consumers accessing our Service (“Visitors”)
• Individual users such as future brides and grooms who have registered to create an account with us (“Members”)
• Companies and other third parties offering their products and/or services on our Service (“Vendors”)

MEMBERS
As a Member you acknowledge the following:

• While we do our best to verify the identity of Vendors when they register for our Service, we cannot guarantee their identity, capabilities, licences, consents, or anything else that ensures it complies with all applicable regulations and laws
• We do not personally endorse or recommend a particular Vendor
• We do not guarantee the quality of their goods or services
• You should use our Service to identify potential wedding vendors and then conduct your own research to ensure the Vendor is appropriate for you

VENDORS
As a Vendor you acknowledge and agree:

• We will not personally recommend or endorse you or your products and/or services
• We are not responsible in helping you reach an agreement with Members
• We are not responsible for assisting you in providing goods or services to Members
• Your membership to our Service may not be transferred or sold to another party
• You must list the correct name of your business on the Service, and if there is a change to that business name, you must promptly update the website and may need to provide additional documentation for proof of name change
• That any photos uploaded on your Vendor profile can be used anywhere on our Service, including our website and social media pages
• That if you engage in the sale of goods and services you have a valid business operations licence, as applicable
• If you are agreeing to the Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to the Terms and, in such event, "you" and "your" refer to that company or other entity.
• We reserve the right to remove your listing without notice
• We reserve the right to withdraw the free trial period with 30 days’ written notice to you
• You will not violate any applicable laws, statutes or regulations regarding your use of the Services and your listing, the production and transportation of items and/or the solicitation of offers to produce and transport items
• You will not include promotional text or endorsements in your listing or Submitted Content
• You will not discourage any Website Visitor or Member from hiring other Vendors on the Service
• You will not take Member leads provided to you and transfer them to others that are not Vendors on the Service

USERS
All Website Visitors, Members and Vendors are collectively referred to “Users”. As a User you acknowledge:

• The Service functions solely as a digital platform that connects Users for services and products
• The Service is not involved in or a party to any transactions between Users
• We are not a product or service provider, vendor, or an agent representative for any Vendor
• We have no control over the ability of Vendors to provide items or services or the ability of Members to pay for any goods or services
• We are not liable or responsible for the actions or inactions of our Users
• We are not liable or responsible for any breaches in contract between Users
• We are not liable or responsible for any complaints Users may have when using items or services provided by the Vendors
• We are not liable or responsible for any payments between Users
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by the Users
• Your use of our Service does not confer or imply any contractual or commercial agreement with us, and no affiliation, associate or connection exists between you and us. In no event shall you have authority to bind, commit, contract for, or otherwise obligate us in any manner whatsoever
• You will not create an account in another person’s or entity’s name, create more than one account, use another’s account, or impersonate another person or entity
• You will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Service or system, including by “flooding” the Service with requests
• You will not use the Service to gain competitive intelligence about us or the Service, or to otherwise compete with us or our affiliates
• You will not use the Service to promote spamming, chain letters or other unsolicited communications
• You will not “Harvest,” “scrape,” “stream catch” or collect information from the Service using an automated software tool, or manually on a mass basis (this includes information about other Users of the Service and information about the offerings, products, services and promotions available on or through the Service)

We reserve the right to suspend any User’s access to the Service that violates any of our rules specified in the Terms of Use.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Website Users Visitors and Members must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. In addition to being of the minimum required age to use our Service under applicable law, if you are not old enough to have authority to agree to our Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf.
2. Vendors must be a business entity or individual at least 18 years of age and legally able to form binding contacts under applicable law.
3. The Service is intended for access and use from within the United Kingdom. If you choose to access the Service from outside of the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all local laws, rules, and regulations that may apply

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to suspend any User’s access to the Service and cancel the listing of any Vendor that violates these Terms
• You may not use the Service if you have previously been suspended or removed
• Certain services may not be available in all jurisdictions, and we reserve the right to impose additional eligibility requirements
• Our Service, including the name, text, logos, slogans, design, HTML code, computer code, scripts and other content contained therein, are owned by (insert) and are protected under both United Kingdom and foreign laws
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, modify, copy, sell, resell, upload, post or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without written permission by us

• You agree not to engage in any form of discriminatory behavior against Users based on religion, race, colour, sex, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. We will take necessary steps to enforce this policy, up to and including suspending from our Service any Vendors and Members who violate this policy. USER ACCOUNTS AND CONTENT

You will need to register an account to access certain features of our Service. When registering you must provide true and accurate information, and it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account and account credentials, as well as ensuring your information is up to date. If you permit others to use your account credentials, you are responsible for the activities of those users. You are responsible for all activity occurring when the Service is accessed through your account, whether authorised by you or not. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.
We are not responsible if information made available through the Service is not accurate, complete or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material is at your own risk.

FEES

Members: The Service is free for Members. We may offer optional fee-based services, including services provided by third parties. When using the services of third parties, they will be the ones responsible for delivering any purchased goods or services, and in issuing any applicable refunds.
Vendors: The Service is free for Vendors and we may offer additional fee-based services which will be optional. Such services will be subject to additional terms.
We may add new services for additional fees at any time. We are constantly testing new initiatives and product offerings and may change the operation of the Service, including the order and manner in which listings appear, the way that services are delivered, and the way that Users are charged for services.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. You access such materials or links at your own risk, and Desibridez does not endorse or adopt any Third-Party Content and can make no guarantee and accepts no responsibility for its accuracy or completeness.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

OUR LICENCE TO SUBMITTED CONTENT

You acknowledge that we may retain archived copies of your Submitted Content and may continue to use even after the removal of your Submitted Content or deletion of your listing.

We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation to monitor, remove or restrict Submitted Content if it is deemed to violate our Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

By accessing or using our Service, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of information about you in and to the United Kingdom and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

Users who wish to have their data deleted may request deletion by emailing info@desibridez.com. If you are a Vendor, we reserve the right to retain basic information even after termination, including your business name, address, website and telephone number.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Service (or any part thereof). We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your right to access or use our Service or to discontinue all or a part of the Service. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our Service.

EXPORT COMPLIANCE

• We do not guarantee that any Vendor is licensed, qualified, insured or capable of performing any product or service, and we make no representations or warranties about the expertise, professional qualifications, or quality of work of any Vendor, or the suitability, reliability or accuracy of the products and services they provide
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at any particular time or will meet any particular requirements or provide any particular results
• It is the responsibility of the Users to ensure all information is accurate and up to date and we cannot guarantee this
• We cannot guarantee that the information transmitted to or from the Service will be secure from unauthorised access
• We cannot guarantee that the information and content stored by Users will remain retrievable and uncorrupted
• We cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted error-free, or will be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected
